Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
You will receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. Local orders are shipped with Dawn Wing.
Free shipping for orders over R1000.
Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, sales, and public holidays.
Please note, we do not ship on weekends and public holidays. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Hench is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
We want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase and experience therefore, Hench offers exchanges within 7 business days of the order delivery date. All exchanges must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
Exchanges can be made for a different size or colour of the original style ordered, if available. We do not offer refunds.
If Hench determines that any products are not in the original condition, an exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.
